What to put in your message.
- Say what is happening
- A breaker that keeps tripping, a panel your insurer flagged, a remodel that needs new circuits. A sentence or two about what you see, hear or smell is enough for us to know where to start.
- Give us the address
- Tell us where the work is, in Yakima or elsewhere in the Yakima Valley, and whether it is a home, a shop or a building under construction. Photos of the panel, the fixture or the damage help a lot.
- Emergencies get a phone call
- If wind, fire or water has hit your wiring, do not wait on a form. Keep clear of anything wet or scorched and call the emergency line. The form is for everything else.
