Chapter 01
General contractor or business owner, we meet you where the job is
Our master electrician has many years’ experience of electrical work at the commercial level. We are equipped to work alongside general contractors or directly with business owners for basic wiring needs to more complex ground-up projects.
With a general contractor, the electrical scope is one line in a schedule that has a dozen trades in it. We read the plans, say plainly what the electrical needs from the other trades and when, and show up when the walls are open rather than after they are closed. Directly with an owner, the job starts one step earlier: we walk the space with you, ask how the business actually runs, and size the wiring for the way you will use it, not just the way it is drawn.
Either way, a commercial job is judged twice. Once by whether it works on opening day, and again by whether the next electrician can open a panel in five years and understand what they are looking at.

Ground-up and fit-out scope: keypad to kiosk, outlets to lighting
A new commercial building is a long list of small electrical decisions that all have to agree: service and distribution, branch circuits, lighting, exterior wall packs, disconnects, and the low-voltage points where people meet the building, like a gate keypad or a self-service kiosk. Miss one of them and the whole place cannot open.
That is the kind of scope we took on at The Heights Self Storage in Yakima. Their own words: not part of this project was too big or too small for us, from keypad to kiosk, and outlets to lighting. Rows of roll-up units need conduit and lighting that survive weather and daily use, and the access gate and move-in kiosk need dependable power and clean routing back to the panel.
For a tenant fit-out in an existing building, the questions change. What is already on this panel, how much room is left, what has been added over the years, and what will an inspector want to see before the doors open? We answer those before pulling wire, and the inspector confirms the rest.
Chapter 03
Shop and service calls, then the panel directory you can trust
Not every commercial call is a build. A dead circuit in a shop, a flickering sign, a compressor that trips every afternoon: these cost you money every hour they sit. One shop owner, Ron Schrock, wrote in his Google review that Alex showed up to his shop within 45 minutes of his call, after four other electricians did not even answer. We bring that same attitude to every service call in the Yakima Valley.
When the job is done, we leave the panel readable. A commercial panel directory that says what each breaker feeds, in plain words, turns a future outage from a guessing game into a two-minute fix. Ask us to check and label yours if the card inside the door is faded, wrong or missing.
If you already know the panel is overdue, we can inspect it and tell you straight whether it needs a repair, an upgrade or a full replacement.
